Our story began in 2019. Asset Recovery & Management Service (ARMS) started off as a sole proprietorship and as the business grew, we have moved forward and hence we have incorporated Asset Recovery & Management Services Pte Ltd.

Asset Recovery & Management Service was originally founded by Mr Kim Ong - A very professional and experienced negotiator and repossessing agent who has been in the industry for more than a decade. Primarily providing Debts Mediation and Recovery Services catering to both local and international clients, and Vehicle and Equipment (Collateral) Repossession Services. As our clients' expectation grew, we have now expanded our service offering into Asset Management Storage while providing tender exercise services for our clients.

With more than a decade of experience, ARMS , has been serving clients from all around the world for collection & repossession services. Incorporated in 2020 in Singapore, we continue to insist on total quality as the guiding principle of our business. We constantly review and update our procedures as we seek new ways of working, with the best interest of our clients.

We provide clients with professional debts mediation and collection by bringing debtors back to the negotiation table to work out a win-win proposal for all parties.

We also provide vehicle and or equipment repossession services to client by searching for vehicle and equipment that defaults on loans and bring them back to client/s so as to minimise client’s losses.

In order to ease client’s hassle, we also provide asset management such as storage and calling for tenders when timelines are due.

Our vision is to build a debt collection and repossession agency that will become the number one choice for individuals, SME and corporate clients in Singapore.

Our mission is to provide professional, reliable, trusted and result oriented debt collection services and repossession services that assist individual, SME and corporate organization to recover their debts and assets without stress on their part.
